By purchasing a Mystery Scoop, you acknowledge that:

  • Each scoop may contain different products.
  • Requests and preferences will be considered when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Duplicate items may occasionally occur.
  • Product assortments may vary based on inventory availability.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors.
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes.

All Mystery Scoop Sales Are Final.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

  • Color preferences not received
  • Character or theme preferences not received

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The wrong order was shipped
  • Items arrive damaged due to packaging issues
  • An order cannot be fulfilled
