Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
- During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 12 business days.
- Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship through:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Grace & Glitter Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen mail.
If your package appears lost:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Contact your local post office.
- File a claim directly with USPS.
We will gladly assist with tracking information when possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- We will review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage before being reshipped.
